Delivery Policy 

• Wood pellets are delivered by a flatbed truck with forklift that is capable of delivering up to 10 tons of pellets per run.
• To be most efficient and to keep our costs down we must go with a full truck and may not be able to make a same or next day delivery for the price listed for deliveries. If you require same or next day delivery there may be an extra charge.
  Please note: To keep costs down during our Wood Pellet Spring Special, pellet deliveries will be on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays this Spring.We will schedule deliveries to a town when there are a minimum of 8 tons ordered for that area.
• We have a pallet jack that we can bring along when requested for an additional fee (see below) for moving pellets deeper into your garage than our forklift can deliver them. This pallet jack will only work on a flat and even surface.

Pallet Jack Fees $30 - additional charge to customers who request the use of pallet jack & use it themselves to move the pellets at time of delivery

$50  - additional charge to customers who request the use of pallet jack & Crowley Fuel Employee moves the pellets at time of delivery
